- An enterprise level 3-Tier support relationship:
Tier 1: system installation, configuration, usage clarification, and basic trouble shooting.
Tier 2: assistance with unique software and hardware configurations and provision of work-arounds or solutions for previously undiscovered software defects.
Tier 3: an assisted hand-off to the Original Equipment Manufacturer where a hardware defect is believed to be the primary issue and hardware repair or replacement the only solution.
- Direct communication with Fixstars engineers via email on Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., JST.
- YDL.net Enhanced account for updates to your system via a dedicated, private server.
- Up to 3 years errata maintenance, depending upon the BSP and supported hardware product.
- One license per motherboard, independent of the number of sockets, for one year.
What does YDEL support cover?
YDEL support covers installation, configuration, and use of the computer system from power-on through network configuration including local or netboot functions; post-boot network configuration and realworld connectivity. This technical support does not include code porting nor optimization. These support items may be covered under an additional support contract.
