Following shows notes for GigaAccel 180 system configuration and its system configuration example.

Notes for GigaAccel 180 system configuration

  • GigaAccel 180 is hard diskless
    1. GigaAccel 180 does not boot stand-alone.
    2. You need NFS server for boot.
    3. Host workstation is recommended for NFS server.
      *Fixstars verified ONLY UNIX/Linux OS based Workstations.

System configuration example

Workstation runs UNIX/Linux OS. (Recommended)

GigaAccel180 Windows system configuration *Required a NFS server running on UNIX/Linux OS. (Required only one NFS server, if there are multiple "GigaAccel 180 + Workstation" systems.)
