| Jan. 2006 | Shuichi Oikawa,Department of Computer Science, University of Tsukuba,joins Fixstars as the company's Technical Adviser. |
| Oct. 2006 | Moved HQ within Tokyo to Shinagawa. Shinichi Okamoto joins Fixstars as the external Director. |
| Dec. 2006 | Increased capital to 141.5 million yen. |
| Aug. 2007 | Increased capital to 171.45 million yen. |
| May 2008 | Increased capital to 196.8 million yen. |
| Aug. 2008 | Opened Cell/B.E. Development Center in Shinagawa. |
| Oct. 2008 | Established subsidiary 'Fixstars Solutions Inc.' of San Jose, California. |
| Nov. 2008 | Acquired all the assets of Terra Soft Solutions, the world renowned developer of Yellow Dog Linux. |
| Dec. 2008 | Increased capital to 210.55 million yen. |
| Mar. 2010 | Moved HQ to Ohsaki. |
