What is the License Key?

The license key is a string of characters required to use Accelcoder X. You can see your license key on My Account > License.

License Expiration

The full license has no expiration.
The trial license expires in 30 days. The license period begins when you authorize the license for the first time.
License status can be checked at Help > About Accelcoder X from the application.

How to Authorize your License

License authorization is required when you run the application for the first time, to upgrade from a trial to a retail version license, and to relocate the software to a new PC.

  1. Connect the PC to the internet, and run Accelcoder X.
  2. Enter your license key and email address on the License authorization screen.
  3. If the License authorization screen does not appear, Select Help > About Accelcoder X > License to display it.
  4. Click "Authorize license".

How to Update your License

License authorization is required when you upgrade your license from 2D to 3D.

  1. After purchasing a 3D UPGRADE license, start Accelcoder X with your PC connected to the Internet.
  2. Select Help > About Accelcoder X > License on the application, and click "Update license" on the License authorization screen.
  3. To make sure the license has been updated, check the product version in Help > About Accelcoder.

How to Relocate License

Accelcoder X may be used only on the PC that you used to authorize the license. If you want to use Accelcoder X on another computer, deauthorize your license and re-authorize license on the new PC.

  1. Sign in to My Account
  2. Deauthorize your license at My Account > Licenses
  3. Install Accelcoder X on a new PC.
  4. Reauthorize license on a new PC connected to the Internet.
